At the back of our property in a completely renovated former stable is this studio in our 'wild garden' of over an acre. The studio is approximately 50 m2, equipped with a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, sitting area and of course a lovely bed with 'best rated' mattresses. 5 Years ago we started transforming a former piece of agricultural land, into a place where everything grows and flourishes, with as much biodiversity as possible. We planted trees and shrubs, dug out a little pond and created hiding places. Now we mainly watch what happens: the grass is mowed, but the rest we leave as it is. With a seating area here and there. Central to this is the apartment. The center of Moergestel is 4 km away, the center of Oisterwijk 5 km and Oirschot is 8 km. Cozy places with plenty of catering and fine restaurants.
Nature and surroundings
We are in the middle of Van Gogh National Park. In 5 minutes cycling you are in the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, or on the Kampina. South of us lies Landgoed Baest, east the Valley of the Beerze and a little further between the Kampina and Oirschot is the Mortelen nature reserve. All beautiful areas that are really worth a visit and possibly also good to combine on a nice bike ride. For the lovers of day trips you can of course go to De Beekse Bergen or De Efteling.
