A stylishly furnished country house, beautifully situated on the edge of the Soest sand drifts. Fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a private sauna with a beautiful view of the dunes. This spacious dune villa is ideal for a larger family or group of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a unique location. The living room features two sitting areas, a spacious sunroom, a wine cooler, an LED TV, and a Bluetooth radio. One sitting area is furnished with Chesterfield sofas and features a fireplace. The second sitting area features a 55-inch LED TV, reading material, and board and card games. The sunroom overlooks the wooded hills and features two large dining tables where your entire group (12 people) can sit. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, iron, sports equipment, and a toy box. The spacious garden features a lounge sofa, a garden set for 8 people, and a Grill Guru BBQ.
Nature and surroundings
The small-scale 't Eekhoornnest Vacation Park is located right next to the Soester Dunes and on the edge of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands. The surrounding area offers the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and activities for all ages. The park features several amenities, including two playgrounds, a wellness center, a sports field, a table tennis table, and direct access to the Soester Dunes. The Soester nature reserve features many cycling routes, mountain bike trails, and hiking trails, and just one kilometer away you’ll find several excellent restaurants in Soest and Amersfoort, as well as a shopping center with a large supermarket. Within walking distance, you’ll find an authentic cheese farm and a museum farm, and Amersfoort Zoo, the forest swimming pool, and the National Military Museum are all right next to “our” forest. Enjoy a round of mini-golf and then eat delicious pancakes with the whole family in the picturesque village of Lage Vuursche, or take a stroll through the medieval city of Amersfoort. There’s plenty to do!

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
