A delightful, circularly built modern house with 72 m2 of living space. In addition, it has a covered terrace of about 27 m2 with lounge set and picnic table and with unobstructed views of fire pit and the countryside. There is a bedroom with a spacious double bed and cozy ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The open kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher, refrigerator, two-burner induction hob and oven. In addition, there is a second toilet. There is also a sofa bed in a niche in the living room for a possible extra guest. The house has a cozy wood stove and some infrared panels. If you want to get away together in privacy, Buytenkans is a very fine option.
Nature and surroundings
Do you really want all the privacy in the middle of nature on a forest edge? Then this is the place for you. The wildlife camera on the property regularly spots deer, badgers, foxes and pine marten. In the adjacent forest you can enjoy hiking, even without meeting other people. The cottage is located on the Pieterpad and is a nice base for planning different stages. In addition, Wildlands Emmen is of course close by and the city of Groningen is only 45 car minutes away.
