The Buitenlokaal - luxury overnight in a converted school. (Apartment 3) Enjoy peace and nature in a new apartment in our old school just outside Dwingeloo. The apartment is located in the former gym which is sustainably converted into a luxury space for up to 6 people (+ possibly 2 babies). The living room is bright and comfortably furnished with TV The kitchen is very luxurious with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and kettle In the kitchen there is coffee, tea, milk, sugar, olive oil and pepper, salt, dishwasher tablets The first floor is equipped with underfloor heating and LED lighting. Ground floor: bedroom 1 with bathroom: bedroom 2 with bathroom sleeping loft: on the sleeping loft are 2 (single) beds Baby cot in bedroom 1 and 2. The beds are made and towels (1 bath towel and 2 towels per person) and kitchen linen are provided.
Nature and surroundings
Outside The apartment has a private terrace with picnic table and lounge chairs with table and sunshade. This place gives lots of privacy and has a rural view. Find a spot in the hammock or somewhere in the field. Read a book, muse away under the tree and enjoy the sound of the birds. With a little luck you will see a squirrel climbing the tree.Rent the hot tub (based on availability) for 85€ per heating time.Surroundings The Buitenlokaal is just outside the tourist village of Dwingeloo, an authentic village with several restaurants and cafes and stores, outdoor pool and and ice cream parlor.Recreational lake "The blue lake" is nearby and located in a beautiful nature reserve "the Leggelerveld. " In addition, we are close to nature reserves: "the Dwingelderveld" and "the Drents-Friese forest." A fantastic place for mountain biking, running, hiking and cycling. For culture lovers, the Shakespeare theater (Diever) is nearby and the colony of Weldadigheid (Unesco /Frederiksoord
