My name is Miriam and how nice that you found my vacation home. Since July 2024 I am the proud owner of this fine place, the vacation home in North Holland. This lovely vacation home is within walking distance of the sea, has a large garden and offers an unobstructed view of the North Holland polders. But with an interior as if you were in Ibiza. Here you come to rest! The cottage with beautiful light has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. And in the tun you will find an outdoor shower. The ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation for a weekend, midweek or week away in the Netherlands.The park itself is not yet finished, and under construction. This can look a bit messy when entering. Here you notice nothing of when you stay at Casa Luz.
Nature and surroundings
This cottage is located on a small vacation park in Den Oever, on the former Wadden Island of Wieringen. Near the Wadden Sea, a large forest and the Amstelmeer. So both fresh and salt water nearby. Many hiking and cycling trails nearby with several routes of Natuurmonumenten. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Wadden Sea, a 5-minute drive away is a beautiful Robbenoord primeval forest. And with 20-25 minutes you are on the boat to one of the Wadden Islands such as Texel. Super fun to go for a day! Den Oever has the Dekamarkt, large gas station with gift store and where you can get delicious lunch. There is a tourist office for information and many restaurants where fish is obviously at the top of the menu. The park is under construction, it is not the most beautiful entrance. Cottage and surroundings make up for a lot. Workers also live at the park, they work in the area and live at the park. No air conditioning in the cottage! Fans though. Board games and Game consul to borrow through park.
