Nature house in Warmond

This is no ordinary vacation spot - it is a farm in transition, where we are working to combine regenerative agriculture, conservation and improving our climate. From the moment you make the boat crossing, you move with the rhythm of the farm. Peace. Space. Regeneration. The fully renovated summer house offers space for 4-6 people and has a beautiful view of the water, from the terrace or on the swimming jetty. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room with wood stove and a bathroom. From the living room you step right into the garden. The second floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with four single beds. There is a second bathroom and a large balcony. The entire house, garden and balcony are completely at your disposal. You can also use the jetties for swimming. It can be cold in the sleeping quarters in the cooler months (March, April and October).

The house is located on an island and is therefore only accessible by boat. Upon arrival, you can park ashore and we will pick you up, or you can take the neighbor's ferry. We will teach you how to row in one of the rowing boats, so that you can then sail over to the shore yourself. The island is also accessible by your own boat, giving you the freedom to explore the island and its surroundings at your own pace. Besides enjoying nature and the peaceful rhythm of the island, you can visit the farm and learn all about our research into regenerative agriculture. Swim, row or just sit in the garden overlooking the water, it's all possible. So enjoy the sounds of animals, the lapping water, and the vast polder landscape!
