This new nature house, is located in the beautiful West Frisian countryside, near the coast. It has its own entrance, is ground floor and suitable for 2 persons. From the living room with French doors you have an unobstructed view over the orchard. The living room is tastefully decorated and has floor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Senseo coffee machine, electric milk frother and microwave. In the bedroom with large closet, the beds are made for you and the towels are ready. The 2 single beds can be used separately as a double bed. Please let us know in advance. The bathroom is spacious with sink, toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine. We use biodegradable laundry and cleaning products. Outside, sitting under the canopy or in the beautiful orchard, you can enjoy the quiet outdoors. Parking is available on private property. Bicycles, delivered if desired, can be rented from Freds rental in Schagen.
Nature and surroundings
Amid meadows, colorful bulb fields and a short distance from the beach at Sintmaartenszee, this nature house offers the perfect combination of peace, nature and sporting activities. Walking over the Hondsbossche seawall, through the dunes and along the coast you will find plenty of beach pavilions. Nature reserve "the Zwanenwater" near Callantsoog is easily accessible. As well as the vast Schoorl dunes where a beautiful mountain bike course is also set out. The golf course of Dirkshorn is nearby. Schagen, known for its West Frisian markets, has a nice center with restaurants, a shopping center and supermarkets. Alkmaar is worth a visit, as well as a day trip to the island of Texel. From Schagen it is only an hour to Amsterdam by train, and near the nature house there is the organic country store the Lepelaar. And after all these activities it is good to relax at the orchard!
