Located on the beautiful 3rd lake (Noordplas) of the Vinkeveense Plassen, with 1 of the cleanest waters of the Netherlands you will find our lovely detached house on a plot of 1,800m2. The large garden, located directly on the water, offers plenty of privacy and gives a wonderful vacation feeling. The house is fully equipped for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the living room with French doors on two sides and the bathroom and toilet. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds (can be pushed together if necessary) and bedroom 3 has a sofa bed (140cm by 200cm). The house has two private parking spaces in its own parking lot. From the parking lot you can walk to the house in a few minutes. Immediately you experience the peace and space of the plot.
Nature and surroundings
The North Lake of Vinkeveen is at your feet as you move into the garden. You can safely swim in the water right by the house and there is a swimming ladder. The garden has sun all day and you can enjoy the freedom and peace. Outside is also a veranda where you can sit outside on a nice day. In Vinkeveen and its surroundings are many restaurants and two supermarkets and within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam or Utrecht. Besides the Vinkeveen lakes is also nature reserve Botshol. Botshol is a typical Dutch low moorland area between Abcoude and Vinkeveen. With the available kayaks it is wonderful sailing through narrow ditches, reed land and swamp forest.
