Then this is the ideal place for you. 20 km from Hagfors lies on Lake Storsjön this idyllic residence. A unique location with nature as neighbors! Enjoy your morning bath from your private beach, the beautiful view, wood-fired sauna and peace and quiet. Explore the surroundings with your own rowing boat. The nature house one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room in the living cabin. Also a sofa bed in the sauna/bathroom cottage. No wifi, but range is available. Large windows/sliding doors allow you to enjoy a book and the beautiful view even in less beautiful weather. Electricity via solar panel (for example, the phone or laptop), a Swedish toilet and but no running water (we provide drinking water).Cooking on gas stove or outdoor cooking area (gas stove available). Storsjön is located on a private peninsula in Lake Storsjön. The forest environment is perfect for moose which are also frequently seen by our guests. Storsjön is ideal for nature lovers, adventurers, peace seekers and fishermen: the Fräkenesjönsmyrarnas nature reserve is just across the lake. It is accessible via a forest path. There are several walks in the area where you can enjoy varied scenery and views. In the nature reserve (cirka 5km from the house) also 2 marked walks. If you are lucky you can spot the great tawny owl, grouse or other wildlife. In the morning and evening you can also hear the special sound of the present black-throated diver. If you were not lucky enough to see a moose in the wild, you can visit the moose park near Ekshärad.

Everything was excellent as described in the ad, the pictures speak for themselves. We really enjoyed the two weeks. We mainly hiked, had a sauna, swam in the lake, rowed on the lake, sat around the campfire or simply enjoyed nature. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area. The landlords are very nice and answer directly if you have a question.
