Nature house in Eemnes

This nature house is a warm and relaxing 90m2 vacation home, situated in a quiet and completely private location with its own parking space. It features French doors opening onto the (fenced) garden, surrounded by greenery. Inside, there’s a relaxed atmosphere with cozy wood-burning stoves in the bedroom and living room. Plenty of firewood is provided. There are also candles and cozy seating areas throughout. Warm throws, outdoor candles, and bamboo sticks for marshmallows are ready for you to enjoy a cozy evening by the fire outside, even during the winter months. When the weather is nice, you can also cook outside on the gas grill and over the fire pit with a tripod. This nature house has one bedroom with a double bed and an extra guest bed. It’s possible to create an extra sleeping area in the living room with a single or double bed. This space is then stylishly and cozily screened off with long linen curtains. A crib can also be provided upon request. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Smeg kettle, an oven, and a dishwasher.

This nature house is located in the polder among the farms. Right in front of the house on the dike lies a protected bird nesting area that’s perfect for walking. Especially in the early morning or at the end of the day, you can enjoy the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. There are also plenty of walking and biking opportunities through the various forests, polders, and expansive heathlands. You can also take your dog for walks to your heart’s content; there are many off-leash areas in the immediate vicinity, many of which have a nice spot for a cup of coffee or lunch. Within biking distance, you’ll find excellent restaurants in the villages of Laren and Blaricum. You can do your grocery shopping on foot; there are two supermarkets, a bakery, and a greengrocer in Eemnes. In addition to all the natural beauty, it’s also fun to take a trip to Naarden Vesting or catch the ferry to Spakenburg. Major cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Amersfoort are less than half an hour away by car.
