We converted the detached hay barn on our farm into a comfortable guesthouse for max.6 persons. We have a beautiful and nice place 3.5 km from the village center of Holten and like to share it with others. To contribute to nature we started 4 years ago to develop a small food forest. In front of the hay barn is a private terrace overlooking our food forest in the making. On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious living room with large French doors and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Upstairs is a large bedroom with 4 beds. The yard offers plenty of room to play and in addition to a sandbox and a trampoline, we have also put up a stone pizza oven which, after consultation and a fee for the wood, can be used by our guests. There are 2 bicycles and 2 children's bikes available for use by arrangement.

The area offers a varied scenery and is beautiful in all seasons. Our guesthouse is located near the Holterberg (Salland Ridge) and within walking / biking distance of Natura 2000 area "the Borkeld". Beautiful cottage and very friendly owners. A spacious living room where our 2 children could play wonderfully. The bedrooms were spacious. And a nice bathroom.
