Nature house in Putbus

Our experience was thoroughly positive. It started with the warm welcome from Amrei, who, over coffee, explained everything that might be important to us during our stay—from the very spacious and comfortably furnished room, complete with a bathroom featuring a window and a stunning view of the garden behind the house with its mature trees. The breakfast, served every morning by our breakfast fairy Franka, is varied and lovingly prepared. She warmly accommodated each of our requests and enriched our stay with pleasant conversations.
The manor house itself has been renovated with an eye for detail and is both bright and cozily furnished. From the breakfast room on the ground floor, you can step out onto a spacious terrace with chairs, tables, and benches and enjoy your morning coffee in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere—a dream. There are no blinds, so if you’re sensitive to light, you should bring a sleep mask.

Wir haben durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Angefangen bei dem freundlichen Empfang durch Amrei, die uns bei Kaffee alles erklärte, was während des Aufenthaltes wichtig für uns sein könnte über das sehr geräumige und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer samt Bad mit Fenster und traumhaftem Blick über den Garten hinter dem Haus mitsamt altem Baumbestand. Das Frühstück, das es jeden Morgen von Frühstücksfee Franka gibt, ist vielfältig und liebevoll angerichtet. Sie ist auf jeden unserer Wünsche herzlich eingegangen und hat unseren Aufenthalt auch durch nette Gespräche bereichert.
Das Gutshaus selbst ist mit Liebe zum Detail saniert und ist sowohl hell als auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss kann man auf eine geräumige Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tischen und Banken heraustreten und in wunderbar entspannter Atmosphäre seinen morgendlichen Kaffee genießen - ein Traum. Es gibt keine Jalousien, also sollte man sich bei Lichtempfindlichkeit Schlafmaske mitbringen.

The manor house is surrounded by trees and has a beautiful garden outside; it’s accessible via a somewhat bumpy road. But the drive is definitely worth it, because the manor house is in a dreamlike setting, surrounded by large, old trees in the middle of the fields. Next door is a farm, though you can’t see it through the trees and you might hear the occasional moo in the evening.
It’s just the right place for people who want to spend some quiet time in nature and who enjoy the “countryside.”
Thanks to its relative proximity to the Deutsche Alleenstraße, you can quickly reach the highway by car and explore a wide range of options for spending your day.

Das Gutshaus steht von Bäumen umringt mit wunderschönem Garten außerhalb und ist durch eine etwas ruckelige Straße zu erreichen. Die Fahrt ist es aber in jedem Fall wert, denn das Gutshaus liegt traumhaft von großen, alten Bäumen umringt inmitten vom Feldern. Nebenan ist ein Bauernhof, den man allerdings durch die Bäume nicht sieht und von dem man höchstens mal ein vereinzeltes Muhen am Abend hört.
Genau das richtige für Menschen, die eine ruhige Zeit in der Natur verbringen wollen und denen "ländlich" gefällt.
Durch die relative Nähe zur Deutschen Alleenstraße ist man per Auto recht flott auf der Straße und dem Weg zu vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, den Tag zu verbringen.

Top cottage. It does come in handy to have a good car in terms of accessibility. I personally don't mind sleeping with natural light but my boyfriend is less of one and had a bit more trouble with lack of curtains (2 small windows didn't have a curtain but a lot of light came in and the big windows/curtains were not blackout).

Top huisje. Wel handig om een goede auto te hebben qua bereikbaarheid. Ik vind het zelf niet erg om met natuurlijk licht te slapen maar mijn vriend is daar minder van en had wat meer moeite met gebrek aan gordijnen (2 kleine raampjes hadden geen gordijn maar kwam wel veel licht naar binnen en de grote ramen/gordijnen waren niet verduisterend).

You don't hear anything outside except the birds and the occasional farmer. Wonderfully quiet. The environment and nature is beautiful. Beautiful hiking trails through the fields, where you are guaranteed to spot wild deer and hares.

Je hoort buiten helemaal niks, behalve de vogels en af en toe de boer. Heerlijk rustig. De omgeving en natuur is prachtig. Mooie wandelpaden door de velden, waar je gegarandeerd wilde hertjes en haasjes gaat spotten.
