Nature house in Hoorn

Clean, tidy, good and nice sleeping places and necessary material (for example in the kitchen) all present. An extra chair instead of beanbag could perhaps be an addition to the sitting area. No further comments.

Schoon, netjes, goede en fijne slaapplekken en benodigd materiaal (bijvoorbeeld in de keuken) allemaal aanwezig.

Een extra stoel i.p.v. zitzak zou wellicht een aanvulling kunnen zijn voor de zithoek. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Fantastic cottage, beautiful and quiet located against the old church of Hoorn. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach and you can easily cycle to the Boschplaat where you can go hiking. A supermarket is also within cycling distance.

Fantastisch huisje, mooi en rustig gelegen tegen het oude kerkje van Hoorn. Met de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten op het strand en fiets je gemakkelijk naar de Boschplaat waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Ook een supermarkt is op fietsafstand.

What an incredibly special residence! The Simmerhûs is really beautifully designed - everything is right down to the smallest details. The architecture is modern and at the same time warm, with a subtle arctic atmosphere that totally suits the peace and space of the surroundings. The location is perfect: in the middle of nature, overlooking the forest and the dunes, and the beach is within walking or biking distance. From the cottage you can enjoy hiking, biking or bird watching. And yet you are also close to a pleasant village with fine facilities and a rich history - even a beautiful old church and monuments nearby. The silence, nature and the atmosphere make this cottage a place where you can really unwind. Everything breathes quality and attention. A place that is actually so special that you would prefer to keep it to yourself In short: an unforgettable stay in breathtaking surroundings. A true gem!

Wat een ongelooflijk bijzonder verblijf! Het Simmerhûs is werkelijk prachtig ontworpen – tot in de kleinste details klopt alles. De architectuur is modern en tegelijkertijd warm, met een subtiele arctische sfeer die helemaal past bij de rust en ruimte van de omgeving.

De ligging is perfect: midden in de natuur, met uitzicht op het bos en de duinen, en het strand is op loop- of fietsafstand. Vanuit het huisje kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen of vogels spotten. En toch ben je ook vlak bij een gezellig dorp met fijne faciliteiten en een rijke geschiedenis – zelfs een prachtige oude kerk en monumenten in de buurt.

De stilte, de natuur en de sfeer maken dit huisje tot een plek waar je écht tot rust komt. Alles ademt kwaliteit en aandacht. Een plek die eigenlijk zo bijzonder is dat je hem het liefst voor jezelf wilt houden

Kortom: een onvergetelijk verblijf in een adembenemende omgeving. Een waar pareltje!

A basic supply in the kitchen would be nice, for cyclists from the boat. Or indicate well in advance what needs to be brought along. This was easy to communicate with the owner.

Een basisvoorraad in de keuken is wel fijn, voor fietsers vanaf de boot. Of geef vooraf goed aan wat meegenomen moet worden.
Hierover viel wel goed te communiceren met de eigenaar.

What a beautifully designed and built house. The craftsmanship radiates from it. Also furnished with care. With 5 adults, the seating area is perhaps a bit tight, but otherwise enough space to sit in the sun or eat together / play games.

Wat een prachtig ontworpen en gebouwd huis. Het vakmanschap straalt er vanaf. Ook met zorg ingericht.
Met 5 volwassenen is de zithoek misschien wat krap, maar verder genoeg ruimte om lekker in de zon te zitten of samen te eten/spelletjes te spelen.
