This Nature house is the perfect location for large family celebrations, corporate events and weddings in the heart of the Sauerland. The former school building has been completely renovated and modernized into this beautiful Nature house. This unique 1000 m2 accommodation can accommodate up to 38 people and creates a spacious and hospitable stay with impressive facilities, including an impressive dining and banqueting hall. The villa has 16 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds for a restful night's sleep, 9 modern bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, several living rooms, a games room and WiFi/TV/beamer. Outside there are 2 sun terraces, a climbing tower for children and a sunbathing lawn. There are plenty of parking spaces and 4 charging stations for electric cars. The villa is located on the outskirts of the village and is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation apartment is located in the picturesque village of Medebach-Deifeld, at an altitude of 500 meters in the beautiful Rothaargebirge Nature Park, between the popular destinations of Winterberg and Willingen. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, this place offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation, adventure and discovery. The Sauerland is known as a true hiker's paradise. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills, vast forests and beautiful reservoirs. There is an extensive network of cycle paths that will take you all over the Sauerland. The Hochsauerland is also popular as a winter sports region, with an impressive 130 ski lifts and numerous downhill slopes in places like Winterberg, Schmallenberg, Willingen and Bigge-Olsberg. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, you can also enjoy ski jumps, toboggan runs (such as the summer toboggan run in Winterberg and Willingen), ice rinks and cross-country ski trails.
