Renovated apartment in a listed building: The apartment is approx. 85 m² in size and suitable for up to 4 people. It has a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room/bedroom with access to the balcony. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the garden and can enjoy the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (filter) and much more. You can watch the sunset from here. There is a dining area next to the kitchen. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide bed (two mattresses). The vacation home is located directly on the Rothaarsteig in the southern Sauerland, adjacent to the climatic health resort of Oberhundem in the municipality of Kirchhundem. Oberhundem is located right in the middle of the 160 km long Rothaarsteig trail. The spa town has a swimming pool and a spa park with mini-golf course.
