Located in the courtyard of a square (hobby) sheep farm with the Wijlre water mill in its center. To your stay borders the meadows with an orchard. Various animals graze there. Arjan August 15, 2025 General rating:We were in cottage 5 (6 pers) and had our own terrace/garden on top of the embankment. From the picnic table we looked across the farm to a beautiful hilly landscape. There are goats wandering around the garden and an apple tree, and pots of flowers all over the farm. There is also a fruit orchard where you can sit and pick fruit.The cottage was neat and clean. Beds were nice. Everything is there. You live upstairs, the 2nd bedroom is downstairs. You can also go outside via stairs to the cottage.There is plenty of parking. There are several places around the farm to sit, including by the water. Cottage 5 is due to the stairs is not suitable for disabled or less mobile people.
Wij zaten in huisje 5 (6 pers) en hadden ons eigen terras/tuintje bovenop de wal. Vanaf de picknicktafel keken we over de hoeve zo naar een prachtig heuvel landschap. Er lopen geitjes om de tuin heen en er staat een appelboom.
Overal op de hoeve staan potten met bloemen. Ook is er een fruitbomengaard waar je kunt zitten en fruit mag plukken.
Het huisje was netjes en schoon. Bedden lagen lekker. Alles is aanwezig. Je woont boven, de 2e slaapkamer is beneden. Je kunt ook buitenom via een trap naar het huisje.
Er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Er zijn meerdere plekken rondom de hoeve om te zitten, o.a. aan het water.
