Our cozy and small forest cottage is carefully decorated with second-hand and vintage furniture. The cottage is in the largest nature reserve in Belgium. The cottage is located in a small and green vacation park. Lovely hiking, cycling, Maastricht 15 min drive, high cultural and recreational offerings nearby. Our cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature of the Hoge Kempen and offers all possibilities for a wonderful stay.The space: A cottage of 35m2 with a bedroom and bedstead and a folding camp bed / travel cot for the little ones. A living/living area with open kitchen and a nice bathroom. Keep in mind that the internet does not always work well due to the location in the woods. We have a water heater so you can shower for about 20 min and it has to heat up again. Other things to be aware of There are two double beds; an enclosed bedroom and in the living room a bedstead. Please bring your own bedding and towels.

The cottage is on a Chalet Park and is located in a silence area, after 10pm there is absolute peace in the chalet park. We had a wonderful time and regretted that we had only booked for 2 nights. As a tip I would perhaps put 2 steps on both beds instead of 1, especially with children it is more convenient.
We hebben het heerlijk gehad en baalden achteraf dat we maar voor 2 nachten geboekt hadden. We kwamen helemaal tot rust.
Als tip zou ik misschien wel bij beide bedden 2 opstapjes neerzetten ipv 1, zeker met kinderen is dat net iets handiger.We had a wonderful time. The cottage is in a quiet park, in the middle of the forest. For the children there is a large playground at the beginning of the park near the Taveerne. From the park it is about 5min to Lieteberg, where you can do a nice Barefoot Trail.
We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het huisje ligt op een rustig park, midden in het bos. Voor de kinderen is er aan het begin van het park een grote speeltuin bij de Taveerne. Vanaf het park is het ongeveer 5min naar Lieteberg, waar je een leuk Blotevoetenpad kunt doen.
