After contacting the owner, Elco, our complaints were taken seriously. However, the issues couldn’t be resolved immediately. We ended up leaving one night early and have since received a refund from Elco. We really appreciate that.
We did really enjoy the beautiful outdoor views and the bike rides we took through this lovely area.

Na contact met eigenaar Elco werden onze klachten wel serieus genomen. Maar kon het niet direct worden opgelost. Wij zijn uiteindelijk één nacht eerder vertrokken en hebben inmiddels van Elco een retournering ontvangen. Dat waarderen we zeer.
We hebben wel erg genoten van het prachtige buitenuitzicht en de fietstochten die we door dit mooie gebied hebben gemaakt.
