On a unique spot in Egmond-Binnen adjacent to the dunes is MV8, a lovely cottage with lots of character. Come inside and immediately experience the style and love with which the cottage is built. **The Space** The house is comfortably furnished and is heated by a large wood stove. Two large sliding doors allow the house and the terrace to flow into each other so you can enjoy the outdoors.The cottage has a spacious garden with two large trees, lots of greenery, a generous terrace (plenty of sun and shade), choose your favorite sitting spot in the garden or fill the tub to take a delicious outdoor bath. There is a parking space for the car, both downstairs and upstairs. The loft/bedroom upstairs is accessible by a loft ladder. For small children (< 6 years) this staircase is less /not suitable. For safety reasons we have installed a stair gate upstairs. The loft / upstairs bedroom is open to the living area.

Nature, peace & environment:The area is great. The location of the house is basically not bad either, but the road to get to the remote residential area is an absolute imposition. The road is impossible to drive with a new or even lowered car. The garden is overgrown and unkempt. The garden furniture is partly broken or otherwise wobbly. The defective bathroom window was opened by the landlord (Holidayservice), but then could not be closed. The roller blind in the bedroom was not fully intact. The house is not insulated and was built by the owner. The electrical distribution in the bedroom is laid with various extension cables. The house is very dusty, dirty and in need of renovation. I don't know what the 80 euro cleaning fee is for. Forwarding the rental of Nature houses to Holidayservice makes the whole thing unnecessarily expensive. In September this would be 200 euros per week. Conclusion: The house is far too expensive!!!!

Das defekte Badezimmerfenster wurde vom Vermieteter (Holidayservice) geöffnet, konnte dann aber nicht mehr geschlossen werden. Das Rollo im Schlafzimmer war nicht vollständig intakt. Das Haus ist nicht gedämmt und in Eigenregie gebaut. Die Elektroverteilung im Schlafzimmer ist mit div. Verlängerungskabeln gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr verwohnt, staubig, dreckig und renovierungsbedürftig. Wozu die 80 Euro Reinigungsgebühr ist, weiß ich nicht. Die Weiterleitung der Vermietung von naturhäuschen an Holidayservice verteuert die ganze Sache unnötig. Im September wären dies 200 Euro pro Woche. Fazit: Das Haus ist viel zu teuer!!!!

Al met al vind ik de huur te hoog voor wat het huisje biedt.
