In a quiet and wooded area lies our bungalow, on a beautiful, generous plot. In addition, the fully fenced plot has a practical wooden shed with an adjacent carport. On the ground floor are a living room with tiled floor with underfloor heating, patio doors and an open staircase to the 1st floor, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a kitchen and a utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combination oven / microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a dormer window. Both bedrooms are equipped with a sink. There is also a second toilet.
Nature and surroundings
Our bungalow is located in the wooded area "De Borkeld", where you are surrounded by beautiful nature. For lovers of hiking and cycling, the nature reserves "De Borkeld" with raised bog and heath and the national park "The Sallandse Heuvelrug" are within reach. The village of Holten with all its amenities is only a few kilometers away. Also located 2.5 kilometers away is the outdoor pool "Twenhaarsveld".
