Idyllically located at the edge of the forest, detached nature house with lots of peace, space and privacy. This is the ideal place for a family weekend or walking vacation in nature, away from the hustle and bustle. The house is reminiscent of a mountain chalet and has a wood stove, a large kitchen and 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the view over the garden. You also have your own piece of forest where you can be surprised by deer, a squirrel or a badger. You can use a double garage for 2 cars and bikes. Staying at this great place is a unique opportunity because this nature house is only temporarily rented as a vacation home. We would like our guests, like ourselves, to come to this place to enjoy peace and nature.
Nature and surroundings
This vacation rental is located in the middle of nature. If you do not already know the area southeast of Nijmegen, chances are you will fall in love with it. Rolling hills with fairytale-like forests interspersed with heath and hedgerow landscapes. From the villa you can walk directly into the unique nature reserves of Mookerheide and Sint-Jansberg. The city of Nijmegen can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by train from Mook. If you like mountain biking, you can cycle from the villa onto the signposted MTB route and don't miss the nearby bike park in Mook. For the gravel bikers is the gravel paradise the German Reichswald and the Maasduinen around the corner. Restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful in the area in Mook, Plasmolen, Groesbeek and Berg and Dal.
