The Landscape surrounding Twente's Overdinkel is characterized by vast fields, babbling brooks and lush forests stretching to the horizon. Bicycle and hiking trails wind through the rolling terrain, inviting visitors to enjoy leisurely trips along quiet paths surrounded by the area's natural splendor. Well-known hiking trails include the Dinkel Trail and the Twents blokje om (smuggling route). Bird lovers will feel at home in this area with the presence of the Oelemars 2 km away but also to admire from your own terrace. At 3km distance you will find the recreational lake Drieländersee (Germany) and it is near Enschede, Oldenzaal and Bad Bentheim.
