Nice little house on a quiet ring road. It is part of a house and it has a living/bedroom, private kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a classic bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a small ceramic stove, a small fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher and a microwave. There is a private entrance with a very spacious garden with several terraces/seating areas where you can enjoy a beautiful view. You can see the sun disappear in the distance behind classic windmills. The neighbor's cows graze on the meadow you overlook, sometimes further away, but sometimes close by. And if you are lucky you can spot godwits and lapwings in the morning.There are almost no immediate neighbors and it is an ideal place for cyclists and walkers.Pets are allowed. Nature and surroundings
The property is located on the Berkmeer polder. A rural nature reserve with a wide view of as many as four windmills. Which you can see up close during a walk. It is the perfect place to make beautiful bike, motorcycle or car trips along the beautiful dikes, windmills and picturesque villages. The Berkmeer Polder is a beautiful, quiet place to enjoy nature. This area is a fantastic bird polder, where godwits, lapwings and stilt-walkers nest in the spring. A small windmill provides a shallow pond that attracts many meadow birds during the meadow bird season. Transiters such as pintail, ruff and curlew are also regularly seen here. In the surrounding villages of Opmeer and Obdam are several supermarkets, stores and eateries within a 10-minute drive. Less than half an hour away you have several beautiful beaches, including Bergen aan Zee and Schoorl. It is about a 20-minute drive to port city Hoorn on the IJsselmeer.
