This brand new spacious house located in the pearl of Drenthe (Havelte) is DIRECT to a lovely natural swimming pool where the cold spring water flows up palpably along your body. The house has three spacious and sunny bedrooms and two bathrooms fresh. The garden of over 600 m2 has its own wooden jetty and a sandy beach where you can dive straight into the fresh water. If you love the forest, enjoy the singing birds and like to swim in nature, this is your place! N.B. As of November 15, the wood stove is installed. It is not in the picture yet. Also, the wooden dining chairs have been replaced with comfortable dining chairs made of soft velvet fabric.
Nature and surroundings
Havelte is also called the Pearl of Drenthe. It is an authentic village located in the ancient Drenthe Holtingerveld. From burial mounds to a German airport. You come across it in the Holtingerveld. Man and nature turned this varied area into something special. You can enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, swimming in the natural water or in the outdoor pool with low-chlorine spring water or play golf.
