The guest house is a former stable that has been converted with great attention to detail into a spacious vacation home for 4 people. The guest house was carefully renovated in 2024 using sustainable and ecological materials. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area, which is equipped with a kitchen witch, dishwasher and underfloor heating. There is also a bedroom with a luxurious box-spring bed and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower. The first floor is accessible via an open staircase and is designed as a lift-like studio. This is also where the second double bed is located, which therefore cannot be separated! There is also a large corner couch, a grand piano and a cozy reading corner.
Nature and surroundings
On the edge of the Eifel National Park, surrounded by forest and hay meadows in a nature reserve, the house is situated on a 6-hectare estate surrounded by the Urft river. There is a natural lake that invites you to linger and go boating. A beautiful tree house, sheep, cats and chickens, several fireplaces and a large self-catering garden. Countless hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. But there is one thing above all: peace and quiet. Apart from birdsong, frogs croaking and the wind in the old trees, nothing else can be heard.
