A mobile home that has everything, in a beautiful private spot on the edge of a farmyard with also an unobstructed view. At night, light your own campfire and end the day romantically and cozily. A place where you can unwind. What more could you want for a few special days away! We built this mobile home on the undercarriage of an old sheds, with attention to sustainability. On a surface of 16 m2 you can stay completely independent. A cozy sitting area and a 2-bed 1.40 x 2.00m) where you are surrounded by natural materials. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The bathroom consists of an odorless compost toilet and a water-saving shower The mobile homes are fully insulated and because of the electric heating it can be used all year round. Charging an electric car can be done within walking distance (max. 100m) in the village.
Nature and surroundings
Sint Maartensbrug is a small village in the municipality of Schagen NH, halfway between Alkmaar and Den Helder and about 4 km away from forest, dunes and the North Sea beach. The beach in Sint Maartenszee is a wide and family-friendly Blue Flag beach. There are several beach pavilions and a lifeguard is present In addition to the beautiful coast, Sint Maartensbrug is located in the largest continuous bulb area in the world and in spring you are surrounded by fields full of colors. The hinterland with distinct places like Schagen, Hoorn, Medemblik and Enkhuizen is also worth exploring. The island of Texel is also within easy reach.For nature lovers, this is an ideal vacation spot. The nearby nature reserves 'het Wildrijk' and 'het Zwanenwater', the Schoorl dunes and the Westfriese omringdijk are places for those who love beautiful walks and bike rides.
