A mobile home that has it all, in a beautiful private spot on the edge of a farmyard—complete with an unobstructed view. Built by us on the chassis of an old construction trailer, this mobile home was crafted with a focus on sustainability. With 16 m² of space, you can enjoy a completely self-contained stay. A cozy sitting area and a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) surround you with natural materials. A fully equipped kitchen is provided. The bathroom features an odorless composting toilet and a water-saving shower. The mobile home is fully insulated, and thanks to the electric heating, it can be used year-round. You can charge an electric car within walking distance (max. 100m) in the village.
Nature and surroundings
Sint Maartensbrug is a small village in the municipality of Schagen, North Holland, halfway between Alkmaar and Den Helder and about 4 km from the forest, dunes, and the North Sea beach. The beach at Sint Maartenszee is a wide, family-friendly Blue Flag beach. There are several beach pavilions, and a lifeguard station is on site. In addition to its beautiful coastline, Sint Maartensbrug is located in the world’s largest contiguous bulb-growing region, and in the spring you’ll be surrounded by fields bursting with color. The surrounding countryside, with distinctive towns like Schagen, Hoorn, Medemblik, and Enkhuizen, is also well worth exploring. The island of Texel is also easily accessible. For nature lovers, this is an ideal vacation spot. The nearby nature reserves “het Wildrijk” and “het Zwanenwater,” the Schoorl Dunes, and the West Frisian Omringdijk are perfect for those who enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides.
