Nature house in Hoogerheide

The cottage is in a beautiful place and I was lucky to be the only guest that weekend. That gave a lot of privacy and peace. What was also very nice is that I could check out later on Sunday. Also nice: the cottage is fully equipped: excellent kitchen (including dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, warterkoker and microwave). But also with the things I often take with me: coffee (cups), tea bags, pepper, salt, olive oil, dishwashing utensils, etc. I also appreciated the rug for the couch (in addition to the floor heating). And the restaurant tips (looking for a place to eat always stresses me out).

Het huisje ligt op een prachtige plek en ik had geluk dat ik de enige gast was dat weekend. Dat gaf veel privacy en rust. Wat ook heel fijn was is dat ik wat later mocht uitchecken zondag.
Ook fijn: het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien: prima keuken (met oa. vaatwasser, nespresso koffiemachine, warterkoker en combi-magnetron). Maar ook met de dingen die ik toch vaak mee neem: koffie(cups), theezakjes!, peper, zout, olijfolie, afwasbenodigheden etc.
Ook het kleedje voor op de bank kon ik erg waarderen (naast de vloerverwarming). En de restauranttips (zoeken naar een plek om te eten krijg ik altijd stress van).

At the back of the front house you will find - behind the barns - space and nature. With a small pond and a large "garden" belonging to the owners' plot. At the front is quite a busy street. Nature is very close by with - the northwestern tip of - Border Park Kalmthoutse Heide literally around the corner. Anyway, there is a lot of greenery and forest in that area

Aan de achterzijde van het voorhuis vind je - achter de schuren - de ruimte en natuur. Met een vennetje en een grote "tuin" die bij het perceel van de eigenaren horen. Aan de voorzijde is het best een drukke straat. Was even wennen voor mij.
De natuur is heel dichtbij met - het noordwestelijke puntje van - Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide letterlijk om de hoek. Sowieso is er veel groen en bos in dat gebied

I was late on arrival which prevented Gea from receiving me herself. She explained everything to me perfectly through the app. Raymond was still there for a while and could explain everything to me. The further app contact was also very pleasant. I was there for my work and there is the B & B by the peace and quiet there is also very suitable for.

Ik was verlaat bij aankomst waardoor Gea mij niet zelf meer kon ontvangen. Ze heeft mij alles perfect uitgelegd via de app. Raymond was er toch nog eventjes en kon me e.e.a. verder toelichten. Het verdere app contact was ook heel aangenaam.
Ik was er voor mijn werk en daar is de B&B door de rust en stilte die er is ook heel geschikt voor.

It was a very nice stay in the front house The B&B is cozy and has everything you need.It is located right next to a beautiful nature reserve.Definitely worth repeating!

Het was een heel fijn verblijf in het voorhuis
De B&B is gezelllig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
Ze ligt pal naast een mooi nauurgnatuurgebied.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

The cottage completely met expectations, clean, beautiful, spacious, lovely bed. Incredibly well received and a top hostess. Right next to the cottage is the path to the woods / heath. So wonderful walks.

Het huisje voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen, schoon, prachtig, ruim, heerlijk bed. Ontzettend goed ontvangen en een top gastvrouw. Direct naast het huisje ligt het pad naar de bossen/ heide. Dus heerlijk gewandeld.
