Nature, activity and recreation Our farm is located on the edge of the municipality of Lippetal, which is a paradise for cyclists. The extensive 126.5 km² network of farm tracks with a junction system offers an ideal cycling area away from the main traffic arteries. The flat landscape - without any mountains - attracts both sporty and leisure cyclists. In addition to the regional routes, supra-regional themed routes such as the Roman-Lippe Route and the 100 Castles Route also pass through the region. Just a few kilometers from our farm you will find the spa town of Bad Sassendorf with its beautifully designed spa gardens, a cosy little pedestrian zone, a salt works and the Börde thermal baths. The town of Soest is very close by - easy to reach by bike. Soest is located on the Hellweg between Sauerland and Münsterland. Today's district town is around 400 years older than almost all Central European cities.
