Relax with panoramic views of hiking / biking area and 5 km from the famous Giethoorn! A wonderful place on a mini campsite in the authentic village Wanneperveen a stone's throw from the famous Giethoorn. On a quiet spot on a corner of the campsite you can hear cows mooing, see storks landing in the meadow and hear the reeds rustling.
Nature and surroundings
You overlook the nature reserve the Wieden which borders the Weerribben, a good base for cycling and hiking throughout the area. Of course, a visit to Giethoorn and a boat trip should not be missed! Meppel and Steenwijk are also within cycling distance and are both well worth a visit to the harbor and town center.
