This nature house is a 6 person house. At the front is a terrace, at the back a covered terrace with hot tub. The view faces the garden. Surrounded by lawn with hedges, girdles, meadow and various trees including fruit trees. Here you can enjoy sun and shade, birds and beautiful nature. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2, double bedrooms with a box spring (160x220) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200). An extra baby bed is possible. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and bathtub. And there is a separate toilet. In this house we have lived wonderfully during the renovation of our own house. There is underfloor heating and a wood stove making it a very pleasant house in winter. In summer the house stays cool because of the shade of the cherry and walnut trees.
Nature and surroundings
At the front of the plot is our own home and at the back, detached, the vacation home. The vegetation and land around the vacation home offer privacy and a wonderful view. The nature reserve the Elsbeemden borders the plot. This area was formerly the transition from a large moorland to the wet meadows in the stream valley of the Groote Molenbeek with beautiful hiking trails. You can start these routes directly from the house. There are also several bicycle routes passing the vacation home. Toverland amusement park is 5 km away. There is also the possibility to visit National Park De Groote Peel, a vast, watery and quiet bog area known for its many bird species and special history. This is truly a little piece of paradise!! A beautifully renovated house at the back of the property, offering complete privacy, with the most fantastic fruit trees and plenty of space all around. I’m running out of superlatives. We had everything we needed; the owner is very helpful (but definitely not pushy) and kind. We really enjoyed the table out back, under the grapevines, with the lovely view. We hadn’t reserved the hot tub, but I’m sure it’s absolutely fantastic. The beds are wonderful, everything was spotlessly clean, the area offers plenty of great bike routes, and we also saw lots of horseback riding and hiking trails. There’s plenty of space inside, though we didn’t need it because of the beautiful weather. There’s a guidebook with all kinds of bike routes past points of interest, but you can also create fun loops using the bike junction points.
Dit is echt een paradijsje!! Een prachtig verbouwd huis achterop het erf in complete privacy, met de meest fantastische fruitbomen en veel ruimte rondom. Ik kom superlatieven tekort. Het ontbrak aan niets, de eigenaresse is erg behulpzaam (maar zeker niet opdringerig) en lief. Wij hebben heel veel genoten van de tafel aan de achterzijde, onder de druiven en met het heerlijke uitzicht. De hottub hadden we niet gereserveerd, maar zal vast helemaal top zijn. Bedden zijn heerlijk, alles was lekker schoon, de omgeving biedt veel leuke fietsroutes en we zagen ook veel paardrij- en wandelpaden. Binnen is genoeg ruimte , al hadden we dat niet nodig door het mooie weer. Er ligt een gids met allerlei fietsroutes langs bezienswaardigheden, maar via de fietsknooppunten kun je ook leuke rondjes maken.
