This modernized nature house was completely renovated in July 2024. We have made it a cozy child-friendly forest house aimed at 4-6 people. The forest house is in a wooded area and is fully equipped. It is located on a small-scale bungalow park, has a garden of 1300m2 and a lot of privacy so you can enjoy peace and quiet. There is plenty of space around the forest house and in the adjacent woods you can enjoy nature. For the children there is a playhouse with slide, sports and game material and a trampoline. The nature house is comfortably furnished and equipped with modern equipment. There are three bedrooms, upstairs with two single box spring beds, downstairs with a bunk bed 80x190 (aimed at children) and a bedroom with a double box spring bed 160x200. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Before your arrival you will receive an Ebook with info. Parking is available on site with a maximum of 2 cars.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located 5 km from the bustling town of Ommen, the heart of the Vecht valley. There are many hiking and cycling routes nearby and the vecht is 1.5 km away with fish ladders and the weir to admire. Close to the house within walking distance is a small sand drift 'old Hessenweg'. Or walk in the surrounding forests. The forest house is located between Ommen and Dalfsen in 20 minutes drive from the bustling Hanseatic city of Zwolle. Ommen has the estate Laer which is very suitable for children, Eerdebos and the Ommen forest. The Sahara sand drift is on the other side of Ommen a wonderful and child-friendly nature phenomenon. Through Vilsteren you can cycle to playground Madrid or have fun in the Ommermars nature playground. There are several children's hiking trails for example the 'wolf trail' or the 'Pirate trail' the Laerbos. More of a challenge? Check out Lemerlerberg!
