The House is located above the district of Winterberg-Niedersfeld, the quiet, natural part of Winterberg. Lake Hillebach, the Niedersfelder Hochheide and the Rothaarsteig are in the immediate vicinity. The ski resorts of Winterberg, Eschenberg and Willingen are just a few minutes away. The road in front of the house leads in 300 meters to the lake, where you can swim and water ski in the summer. Immediately behind the house is the forest, which extends to the Hochheide and the Rothaarsteig. Our house is located above the small village of Niedersfeld with a direct view of Lake Hillebach. There are a few stairs to climb before you reach our front door. But it is worth it - because you have a fantastic view of nature from all the apartments. We have renovated the house extensively in recent years. Each apartment has its own specialty and charm.

Johanna September 6, 2024 General rating:The interior of the cottage is very nice and combines modernity and coziness. The basic equipment is actually good, but there are a few things missing: washing-up liquid, enough soap in the bathroom and tabs for the dishwasher. Overall, even at this price level, we would wish for a little more cleanliness, there was a lot of dust in the corners and in the cupboards, and there were also some dead insects lying around. Apart from these points, however, it was an all-round positive experience.
Die Inneneinrichtung des Häuschens ist sehr schön und vereint Modernität und Gemütlichkeit. Die Grundausstattung ist auch eigentlich gut, es fehlt allerdings an ein paar Punkten etwas: Spülmittel, ausreichend Seife im Badezimmer und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Insgesamt würden wir uns auch in dem Preisniveau etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschen, es war zum Teil viel Staub in den Ecken und in den Schränken, es lagen außerdem einige tote Insekten herum. Abseits von diesen Punkten war es allerdings eine rundum positive Erfahrung.
