The houseboat is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location near an old sawmill—a perfect retreat in the heart of nature. From here, you can head straight out onto the water by canoe, kayak, or boat and explore the many small islands. The permanently moored houseboat is accessible via its own dock and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The upper sleeping area features a cozy double bed, complemented by a separate cabin with a bunk bed. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, an oven, and a refrigerator—ideal for satisfying your culinary cravings even while on the go. On the sun deck, you can wind down at the end of the day and enjoy the sunset while grilling steaks and sausages.....

Details: - 1–5 people - Size: approx. 45 sqm interior space - Dimensions: 12 x 4.5 m (exterior) - Mooring with an unobstructed view of the water - Fully equipped kitchen (with sink, 2-burner gas stove, and refrigerator) The houseboat comes with kayaks that can be booked for €30 per single-person kayak and €45 per two-person kayak and used throughout your entire stay. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
