A really lovely house and a wonderful garden where you can truly unwind

Superfijn huis en een geweldige tuin waar je helemaal tot rust komt

A wonderfully clean house, a cozy, inviting, and spacious living room, a beautiful, spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need, including a large refrigerator with three freezer drawers. There’s also a nice, spacious shower, a separate sink, and a separate toilet.
A huge fenced-in plot of land where you can enjoy a stroll among the fruit trees and vineyard and simply lose yourself in peaceful contemplation. It was a real treat for our dog, who doesn’t handle crowds well; here, it was an oasis of calm where he could wander around freely without any stress.
We also visited the Vrachelse Heide and the Dorst Forest, where we enjoyed some lovely walks.
And of course, we picked up some delicious sausage rolls at the Echte Bakker, just a 4-minute drive away.
There are also several stores nearby for your daily groceries, such as AH, Jumbo, Hema, etc.

Een heerlijk schoon huis, een gezellige sfeervolle ruime woonkamer, een mooie ruime keuken waar echt alles volop aanwezig is, tevens een ruime koelkast met 3 vrieslades. Daarnaast een fijne ruime douche, een aparte wasbak en een aparte toilet.
Een enorm omheind stuk grond waar je fijn rond kunt lopen tussen de fruitbomen en wijngaard en even heerlijk kunt wegdromen in alle rust. Voor onze hond was het een groot feest daar hij slecht tegen de drukte kan en hier was het een oase van rust waar hij heerlijk kon rondstruinen zonder spanning.
Ook hebben wij de Vrachelse Heide en Boswachterij Dorst opgezocht, waar het ook fijn wandelen was.
En we hebben natuurlijk bij de Echte Bakker op 4 autominuten heerlijke worstenbroodjes gehaald.
Daarnaast zijn er dichtbij diverse winkels voor je dagelijkse boodschappen zoals de AH, Jumbo, Hema etc.

Heel fijn huisje, aanrader!

We had a wonderful time at the nature house in Hooge Zwaluwe. The house is situated on a large property that’s entirely at your disposal. It’s also not too far by car to the Biesbosch, where you can enjoy a nice walk. The cottage is on the outskirts of a small village. It was surprising that such a small village has a very large supermarket close to the cottage—I personally found that very convenient. The kitchen is really well-equipped with a wide variety of kitchenware, so you can easily cook a full meal there. The living room is nice and spacious and has a cozy, inviting decor. The bathroom fixtures are new and modern. Communication with the landlord was very pleasant.

Wij hadden het heel fijn in het natuurhuisje in Hooge Zwaluwe. Het huisje staat op een groot terrein dat helemaal tot je beschikking is. Met de auto is het ook niet al te ver naar de Biesbosch om lekker te wandelen. Het huisje ligt aan de rand van een klein dorp. Verrassend dat dat kleine dorp een hele grote supermarkt heeft dicht bij het huisje, dat vond ik persoonlijk erg handig. De keuken is echt heel compleet met veel verschillende soorten keukengerei, daar kun je gemakkelijk een uitgebreide maaltijd koken. De woonkamer is lekker ruim en het is sfeervol ingericht. Sanitair is nieuw en modern. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep heel prettig.

Spacious house, rustic but original remodel with nice view over the large garden, warm and cozy furnishings. Cozy kitchen with all amenities with again a view of the garden from the breakfast table. Great walk-in shower and super bed. Attention to sustainable products (including ecological hand soap/dishwasher detergent, solar panels, ...).

Ruime woning, rustiek maar origineel verbouwd met mooi uitzicht over de grote tuin, warm en knus ingericht. Gezellige keuken met alle voorzieningen met wederom zicht op de tuin vanaf de ontbijttafel. Prima inloopdouche en super bed. Aandacht voor duurzame producten (o.a. ecologische handzeep/afwasmiddel, zonnepanelen,...)

Beautiful surroundings, quiet large garden, not far from Biesbosch. Accessible by bicycle but beware, the ferry from Lage Zwaluwe to Biesbosch (junction 8) sails only from the end of April. Also beautiful is the bike path on the dike between Lage Zwaluwe and Drimmelen overlooking the Amer. In spring you cycle among the lambs !

Mooie omgeving, rustige grote tuin, niet ver van Biesbosch. Met de fiets bereikbaar maar opgelet, de pont van Lage Zwaluwe naar Biesbosch (knooppunt 8) vaart pas vanaf eind april. Ook mooi is het fietspad op de dijk tussen de Lage Zwaluwe en Drimmelen met zicht op de Amer. In de lente fiets je tussen de lammetjes !
