House for 2-6 persons in the outskirts of Venhorst. Downstairs: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed) adjacent to the living room. Separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs: sleeping area with 4 x single beds. At the back a small terrace with lots of privacy, bordering the forest. The house also includes a wood-fired hot tub. Wood for this is made available once, thereafter it is available on request. Please note that it takes some patience and skill to get the bath nice and warm! This house in the middle of nature offers privacy and meets all the requirements of the present time without being overtly luxurious. In the summer it is possible to use our own heated swimming pool (12x4 meters). This pool is already completely finished, but due to the recent construction our grounds are a bit messier than we are used to. The prices are also adjusted accordingly. Nuisance for our guests is not there! Fun is! Use of the pool is ALWAYS at your own risk.

The house is located in a small piece of private forest, where walking around is allowed. About 100 meters from the house there is a small nature reserve called Voskuilenheuvel. In the wider vicinity there are many beautiful cycling and walking routes. There are also large nature parks easily accessible by bike or car, such as nature reserve De Maashorst and the State Forests near Sint Anthonis. There are several natural swimming ponds a short distance away. The yard is about 1 ha large (shared with the main tenants), here are several fruit trees and shrubs.
