Outside the village of Ruinen, on the edge of the Anserdennen and National Park Dwingelderveld you will find Guesthouse and Bed & Breakfast 't Eshuus" De Eekhoorn". An ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, nature and tangible silence will bring you to rest. You don't have to make much effort for that, here you can enjoy a limitless stay in one of our newly built and rural guesthouses. You will immediately feel at home in our cozy rooms, which are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including wifi, a lovely generous double bed of 210 cm length, flat screen TV, small kitchen, coffee maker and a bathroom with floor heating. Both guesthouses have a living area of over 35 m2 with private bathroom and kitchenette which is only suitable to prepare a simple meal. Each guesthouse has a completely private sunny garden and terrace of over 100m2.
Nature and surroundings
Just on the edge of the Es van Ruinen against "National Park Dwingelderveld" and the Anserdennen are our two recently newly built style full guesthouses. From the apartment you walk straight into the woods and you can walk to the National Park "Dwingelderveld" which is almost 4000 hectares. Within cycling distance there are several national parks such as Holtingerveld, Drents Friese Wold, but also the typical villages of Drenthe as Vledder, Diever, Dwingeloo, Havelte and not to forget our own Brink village Ruinen. Beautiful cottage, nice reception. Especially the peace, quiet and beautiful nature is (especially for randstedelingen) really a fantastic experience. Many species of birds, hares playing in front of the door and several deer right at the first walk.
