The setting is nice because it is not a park, but a cul-de-sac in a wooded area with several other unique cottages at sufficient distance. The shower is nice and the kitchen is nice. I was there with a friend, we are both around 40. I slept in the box bed and it was more than spacious enough for myself. You can certainly sleep 2 if necessary.
