This cottage is part of a renovated farmhouse surrounded by nature and forest in Pays des Collines. With an eye for detail and aesthetics, we transformed old stables into a cozy vacation home. We used mainly natural materials and sought a balance between the preservation of authentic elements and a contemporary touch. The cottage consists of an open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which is on an open mezzanine. Outside there is a terrace and separate garden area, but also in our private garden, vegetable garden and orchard you are always very welcome. For children there is a sandpit, outdoor kitchen, swing and slide. The Gîte is rented as a vacation home, bed and bath linen are provided by the tenants. Nature and surroundings
The gîte is surrounded by nature and forest. No other houses are visible from the cottage. You can easily admire deer, birds of prey and small forest dwellers. Besides the many other hiking and biking trails, the GR also passes through here. The nearby cities worth visiting are, Vloesberg, Ath, Tournai and Mons. In addition, the cottage is located 20 min from Pairi Daiza and near several nature parks. Both stores, bakeries, butchers and local merchants can be reached within a 15min drive.

Nature, peace & environment:Fantastic place to unwind. Very tasteful and fully furnished gite with super helpful and friendly landlord. Lots of hiking options right from the house.
