This gîte is part of a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by nature and forest in Pays des Collines. With an eye for detail and aesthetics, we transformed old stables into a cozy vacation home, using mainly natural materials and looking for a balance between the preservation of authentic elements and a contemporary touch. The gîte consists of an open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which is on an open mezzanine. Outside there is a terrace and a separate piece of garden but also in our private garden, vegetable garden and orchard you are always very welcome. For children there is a sandpit, outdoor kitchen, swing and slide. The gîte is rented as a vacation home, bed and bath linen are provided by the tenants. Kitchen linen, dishwasher tablets, coffee,... Nature and surroundings
The gîte is surrounded by nature and forest. There are no other houses visible from the gîte. You can easily admire deer, birds of prey and small forest dwellers. Besides many other walking and cycling routes, the GR also passes through the street. The nearby cities that are worth visiting are Vloesberg, Ath, Tournai and Mons. In addition, the gîte is 20 minutes away from Pairi Daiza and close to several nature parks. Shops, bakeries, butchers and local traders are all within 15min drive.
