This attractive nature house is located in the rustic village of Anderen in the Drentsche Aa river valley area. The authentic, thatched farmhouse from 1906 can accommodate up to 16 people (additional children and babies possible in consultation). The former farmhouse is divided into several atmospheric rooms. Atmosphere makers in the large living area are the wood stove in the old fireplace, the piano and various seating areas. A separate room is set up as a TV and games room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own shower and toilet. Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom and two of which share a bathroom. Outside, everyone can enjoy themselves in the spacious garden with go-karts, soccer, volleyball, table tennis, bocce ball and plenty of room for their own ideas. For enthusiasts, a wood-fired outdoor sauna and hot tub can be booked in addition per day or as a package deal.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the National stream and esdorpen Landscape Drentsche Aa. Streams that follow their natural course undisturbed, meandering through a lovely landscape of wooded banks and flowery hay meadows. Past original villages, where life takes its quiet course. Along rolling open spaces with arable land, fringed by ancient forest with winding oaks. Along sand drifts, heaths, moors and extensive hiking forests. The area lends itself perfectly to hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and enjoying each other. At reasonable distance you will find the cities of Assen and Groningen. The landlords are available for tips and knowledge of and about the area. Hiking and cycling routes are available.
