At this wooded spot, you will be welcomed upon arrival by whistling birds and a sense of peace and nature. The cozy home is luxuriously finished and can accommodate up to 4 adults. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with an open kitchen and views of the terrace, the forest and a woodland garden where there is always something blooming. There are two luxury bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath, shower and sink, and a separate toilet. The entire house has underfloor heating.Outside, enjoy nature under the canopy or on the sunny terrace, with plenty of space and privacy all around. Walk through the woodland garden and admire everything that grows, blooms, creeps or flutters. Store bikes under the carport with charging stations; there is also a charging station for the electric car - Adults only - Main booker: 30+ From September 2025 - a fully equipped gym on the ground floor. - Choice of wellness options: a hot tub and/or infrared sauna

This fine nature house is located on the edge of a beautiful and varying nature reserve, the Borkeld. Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers pay attention! This area is ideally suited for you! From your vacation accommodation you can walk or cycle straight into the beautiful nature of the Borkeld. Fens, streams, hills, forests and heaths are abundant here. The Burgundian can also indulge himself here. There is plenty of choice from several cozy restaurants and cafes in the surrounding tourist villages (cycling distance). Discover the beautiful, hilly wooded area with many hiking and biking trails, beautiful vast forests and moors (blooming from July to September and at its best in August). Also be sure to visit the National Park the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Or how about a trip to cozy Hanseatic cities with a rich history as Deventer and Zwolle or go shopping in Enschede.
