The 85 m2 duplex apartment is idyllically situated on the edge of the Vluyner Bush in Neukirchen-Vluyn. Located on a former farm, the apartment was newly built and furnished in spring 2018. It has its own entrance, a private garden with swimming pond and a fireplace in the living room. All rooms are furnished with love and offer an unobstructed view of orchards and fields. Here you can simply unwind after a bike ride or hike and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. In winter you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace or dive into the swimming pond after a sauna session - pure relaxation. The swimming pond (approx. 12m2 bathing area) invites you to cool off not only in summer but also in winter.
Nature and surroundings
The restaurant "Palm im Samanshof" with good cuisine is about 2 km away. We recommend to book online in advance. At the same location you will find the distillery & distillatek. We can only recommend a tasting of the specialties. The nature reserve invites you to go cycling and walking. From the Halde Norddeutschland you have a fascinating view over the Lower Rhine landscape and the industrial culture of the Ruhr area. The Haldentop can be reached via the Himmelstreppe. The town of Kamp-Lintfort, where the 2020 State Garden Show took place, is only 8 km away. The Kamp monastery with its famous terraced garden is about 8 km away. The medieval town of Xanten with its historic town center is only 25 km away. The connections to the Ruhr area are also in the immediate vicinity. All Ruhr cities as well as Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached quickly and easily via the A40, A42 and A57.
