Lovingly and modernly furnished - Our spacious apartment on the former farmstead with half-timbered barn offers you more than 100m² of space for a good, relaxing or productive time (as a couple or just for you alone). The room layout of our loft apartment: The living and sleeping area is located in a spacious room, divided by two rustic, cozy wooden beams. There are 4 sleeping options: Double bed, single bed & couch There is also plenty of space in the kitchen. A cozy dining area with a large oak table is available for you in the kitchen. We haven't skimped on space in the bathroom either. Feel at home and enjoy the open shower with rain shower and bathtub with a view into the distance. We promise: There is an idyllic view of the courtyard and into the distance from every room! Make use of your private parking space and a cozy spot in the courtyard.

If you're looking for some peace and quiet, you've come to the right place. Our small, tranquil village of "Windisch-Bockenfeld" stands for nature, idyll and time out. Take advantage of the unique location and go for long walks or create the perfect change of scenery for your new "home office". If you need a little variety in addition to the idyllic setting, it's best to take a day trip to nearby Rothenburg ob der Tauber (approx. 10 km)
