Our manor house offers space for ten people in a historic atmosphere. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (one with a baby crib), another bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, and a room with three single beds. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor offer every opportunity for self-catering. A cozy reading corner with a view over our meadows invites you to linger. True to the motto "Living like in the days of the emperor", you can enjoy high ceilings in all of the bright rooms and the furnishings are decorated with recurring gems from past eras. Of course, our guests are welcome to stop for a farmer's breakfast in the Hofcafé at any time.
Nature and surroundings
The Rouenhof offers many opportunities to be a "guest farmer" on the farm. But you will also find numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding area, such as the historic Kriemhildmühle or the APX in Xanten, the Irrland in Kevelaer/Twisteden, the Maasduinen nature reserve on the Dutch border or the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. We are also happy to hire out bicycles, with or without electric assistance, for exploring the Lower Rhine.
