Nature house in Kevelaer

This Nature house is a historic farmhouse dating back to 1880. It is situated in a beautiful, secluded location at the end of a long oak-lined avenue, surrounded by meadows and fields. The Nature house has two stories and a total living area of approximately 400 square meters. Each floor features a kitchen-dining area of about 80 square meters. The house has 11 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is wheelchair-accessible), a separate restroom, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The large garden includes a patio and a barbecue area. The Nature house is accessible via Michelsweg, which leads directly to the historic pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, located 3 km away.

Located right near the Rouenhof (a 5-minute bike ride away), you’re always welcome there. You can see who can bleat the loudest with the goats or enjoy life on a paddle tour or a farm tour. You can grab a bite to eat at our farm café. Kervenheim is located right on the “Lower Rhine Route.” The area is wonderful to explore by bike (known as a “Fiets” in the Lower Rhine region)—perhaps you’d like to pop over to neighboring Holland or say hello to our friend the Rhine? The nuclear power plant in Kalkar—which, fortunately, never went into operation and is now a recreational park—and “Irrland” in Twisteden are also popular family destinations. We’re happy to rent out bikes—with or without electric assistance—so you can explore the Lower Rhine region.
