Experience our water house, located free in nature. A place to relax, boating, swimming, fishing, just together or with the whole family. The Whaly 450 sloop, the Cadac gas BBQ and all the comforts on board are at your disposal. In short, a unique experience in one of the most beautiful spots on the Kagerplassen in the Bulb Region. The water house is suitable for 5 persons.Children must have a swimming certificate The large terrace with lounge and veranda make outdoor living at this place unique.The space.Experience the "WOW" feeling in this uniquely designed one of a kind water house.The water house is attractively furnished with lots of light and can accommodate 5 people. The loft is furnished as a master bedroom. From the bed you can look directly over the water. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and the other with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a Separett dry toilet which saves the environment as there is no discharge.
Nature and surroundings
The water house is complete and fully equipped. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The house is anchored by two spud poles on the Kagerplassen. The house can only be reached by boat. You have your own Whaly 450 sloop for the entire rental period. The boat is equipped with a spray hood and swimming ladder and can be used without a license. The house is not always in the same place, in stormy weather (wind force 7 or more), the boat will be moored in the natural harbor (Keverhaven). The Kaag has several lakes. The city of Leiden is 45 minutes by boat and has beautiful navigable canals. In the area there are several nice restaurants and terraces. You can go shopping by boat in Sassenheim (20min sailing). The house offers all the comforts of hot and cold running water. 230v through battery pack and inverter which is charged by solar panels. There is also central heating and a pellet stove.
