We are located 20km from Rome and Viterbo, a short distance from Lake Bracciano, surrounded by beautiful countryside characterized by waterfalls and streams in the Treja Valley. Here, trails and hiking offer breathtaking views, and some of the most enchanting villages are just a few kilometers away, such as Calcata, Bracciano and Tuscia. You can go on bike rides, follow the famous Via Francigena pilgrimage route to St. Peter's in Rome, or simply relax on our estate, which includes a spa and swimming pool for your exclusive use. In the farm area, which is not shared with guests, a farmer works at times that I will let you know and is responsible for keeping the pool and green spaces clean. They will not interfere with your residential area or the pool. We also have two wonderful dogs who live on the estate and will be your essential friends and guardians for the safety of the Auto place needed for travel
