Wonderful house in the countryside, in winter used completely independent. The facility is given completely at your disposal, spa (Turkish bath, sauna and 2 whirlpools) outdoor pool with salt water in summer and 3 acres of vegetation. The property is special and suitable for couples of friends with a child or very large family, immersed in a beautiful countryside made of waterfalls and streams, you have at your disposal the whole estate with a private spa and many outdoor spaces. The estate consists of a first apartment upstairs in wood with bedroom Turkish bath living room with sofa bed and whirlpool on 360 degrees valley connected only by an external staircase and not internally to the stone apartment below that has a sauna whirlpool outside a large super equipped kitchen, laundry room service bathroom bedroom and area with separate sofa bed. There will be chickens ,free ducks during the day grazing.Fresh eggs every morning on request
Nature and surroundings
We are located 30 km from Rome and Viterbo, a short distance from Lake Bracciano, surrounded by beautiful countryside characterized by waterfalls and streams in the Treja Valley. Here, trails and hiking offer breathtaking views, and some of the most enchanting villages are just a few kilometers away, such as Calcata, Bracciano and Tuscia. You can go horseback riding, follow the famous pilgrimage route of the Via Francigena to St. Peter's in Rome, or simply relax on our estate, which includes a spa and swimming pool for your exclusive use. In the farm area, which is not shared with guests, a farmer works at times that I will notify you about, who is in charge of keeping the pool and green spaces clean. They will not interfere with your residential area or the pool. We also have two wonderful dogs who live on the estate and will be your essential friends and guardians for the safety of the Auto place needed for travel
