The surroundings are beautiful, good views, peaceful nature. Nice for hiking. The house is basically beautiful with a garden, but very strictly regulated, not only with an electric fence, but also with a lot of rules concerning the house and the animals, so that we felt unfree. We had no choice but to leave the accommodation after one day and look for something new. Response from the landlord: It's a pity that you felt un-free, but the reason for this is that you did not read the house rules before booking and did not look at the photos, because these rules are explained there simply and conclusively: the rules allow guests to live together peacefully and respectfully with our 14 animals and me as hostess in my private house and garden, so that you can enjoy your vacation time here. It's a pity that the dissatisfied guests leave a review here, and the many other satisfied guests in our house are simply happy and move on.

Die Umgebung ist schön, gute Aussicht, ruhige Natur. Schön zum Wandern. Das Haus ist im Grunde auch schön mit Garten, allerdings sehr stark reglementiert, nicht nur mit Elektrozaun, sondern auch mit sehr vielen Regeln das Haus und die Tiere betreffend, sodass wir uns unfrei gefühlt haben. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig als die Unterkunft nach einem Tag zu verlassen und was Neues zu suchen.

Antwort des Vermieters: Schade dass Sie sich unfrei gefühlt haben, der Grund dafür ist aber, dass Sie vor der Buchung die Hausregeln nicht gelesen haben und die Photos nicht angesehn, denn dort sind diese Regeln einfach und schlüssig erklärt: die Regeln ermöglichen das friedliche und achtsame Zusammenleben der Gäste mit unseren 14 Tieren und mir als Gastgeberin in meinem privaten Haus und Garten, so dass Sie ihre Urlaubszeit hier geniessen können. Schade dass die unzufriedenen Gäste hier eine Bewertung hinterlassen, und die vielen anderen zufriedenen Gäste in unserem Haus einfach glücklich sind und weiterziehn.

Fine cottage Landlord Response: Dear Hanneke I am glad you had a very nice and varied time on your walking vacation. You were very pleasant and quiet guests, thank you. You checked in as 2 people, so you got TWO rooms from me, the 1st room with double bed and the small cooking area and a 2nd room with double bed and sofa + dining table.
If 4 guests come, they will be given a third room, the third room is the loft with 2 single beds, so they can choose from a total of 6 sleeping places where they want to lie. So there is enough room for 4 adult guests in my apartment, but it is probably a bit cramped for 6 guests, but that is also the case in many other flats.Kind regards from Susanne

Ik ben blij dat jullie een hele leuke en afwisselende tijd hebben gehad op jullie wandelvakantie. Jullie waren zeer aangename en rustige gasten, dank jullie wel.
Jullie hebben ingecheckt als 2 personen, dus jullie hebben TWEE kamers van mij gekregen, de 1e kamer met tweepersoonsbed en de kleine kookgelegenheid en een 2e kamer met tweepersoonsbed en bank + eettafel.
Als er 4 gasten komen, krijgen zij er een derde kamer bij, de derde kamer is de zolder met 2 eenpersoonsbedden, dus ze kunnen kiezen uit in totaal 6 slaapplekken waar ze willen liggen.
Er is dus genoeg ruimte voor 4 volwassen gasten in mijn appartement, maar het is waarschijnlijk een beetje krap voor 6 gasten, maar dat is ook het geval in veel andere flats.

Beautiful place, nice hostess. The cottage is fine for 2 people. With 4 adults it will soon feel a bit cramped. Real cooking is not possible, we were able to make a simple pasta, but there is no real kitchen. The surroundings are lovely. Many walks starting from the cottage. Wonderfully quiet.

Mooie plek, aardige gastvrouw. Het huisje is prima voor 2 personen. Met 4 volwassen zal het al snel wat krap aanvoelen. Echt koken kan niet, wij hebben een eenvoudige pasta kunnen maken, maar er is geen echte keuken. De omgeving is heerlijk. Veel wandelingen die vanaf het huisje starten. Heerlijk rustig.

I only rented the house and the land and do not have permission from the landlord to install a full kitchen in the first bedroom. This existing small cooking facility is mainly for preparing breakfast and snacks and is well equipped for this, as is the microwave. Many of my international guests use it to cook perfectly and with satisfaction, so everyone can decide for themselves.
You can minimize the smell of food by closing all room doors, opening the windows and cooking only mildly seasoned, healthy and fresh vegetarian dishes, i.e. NOT deep-frying and not using garlic or onions. The fact that your food smelled so strong - as your friend told me - was because you had burned it, of course that smells unpleasant, but this smell is not the norm.
Since there were four of you, it was still a wise and sensible decision to eat large meals outside. Unfortunately, Naturhäuschen limits the number of characters that can be used for the house description, so I can't explain it in more detail there, I find that impractical and I'm sorry about that. I'm glad you still had a good time on vacation.

Hallo, in mijn beschrijving van mijn natuurhuisje en ook op de foto's staat duidelijk vermeld: dat de kleine kookgelegenheid ZONDER AFVOERWASKAST en ZONDER AFVOERWASKAST is en dat er waskommen en afdruiprekjes voor de afwas in de wasbak van de badkamer staan, dus u was hier al precies over geïnformeerd voordat u boekte, zodat het geen gebrek van de kamers is, zoals u het voorstelt.
Ik heb alleen het huis en het land gehuurd en heb geen toestemming van de verhuurder om een volledige keuken in de eerste slaapkamer te installeren.
Deze bestaande kleine kookgelegenheid is voornamelijk bedoeld voor het bereiden van ontbijt en snacks en is hier goed voor uitgerust, net als de magnetron.
Veel van mijn internationale gasten gebruiken het om perfect en met tevredenheid te koken, dus iedereen kan voor zichzelf beslissen.
Je kunt de geur van eten minimaliseren door alle kamerdeuren te sluiten, de ramen open te zetten en alleen zacht gekruide, gezonde en verse vegetarische gerechten te koken, dus NIET te frituren en geen knoflook of uien te gebruiken.
Het feit dat je eten zo sterk rook - zoals je vriendin me vertelde - was omdat je het had aangebrand, natuurlijk ruikt dat onaangenaam, maar deze geur is niet de norm.
Aangezien jullie met z'n vieren waren, was het nog steeds een wijs en verstandig besluit om grote maaltijden buiten de deur te eten.
Helaas beperkt Naturhäuschen het aantal tekens dat gebruikt kan worden voor de huisbeschrijving, dus ik kan het daar niet gedetailleerder uitleggen, dat vind ik onpraktisch en dat spijt me.
Ik ben blij dat je het toch nog naar je zin hebt gehad op vakantie.

Very nice surroundings. Many hiking trails, nice towns and Europa park nearby. Cottage itself looks great, clean and well maintained. However, many rules you must take into account regarding animals, use of the garden and noise pollution. Also, there is no normal cooking facility. Kitchen consists of a sideboard with an electric stove (2 burners). When baking a sandwich in the pan there is already an unpleasant smell in the room (where you sleep). For this reason we ate only once at the house and then only outside. Kitchen also has no faucet / sink. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink.

Hele mooie omgeving. Veel wandelroutes, leuke steden en Europa park in de buurt.
Huisje zelf ziet er prima uit, schoon en goed onderhouden. Echter wel veel regels waar je rekening mee moet houden m.b.t de dieren, gebruik van de tuin en geluidsoverlast. Ook is er geen normale kookgelegenheid. Keuken bestaat uit een dressoir met een elektrisch kookstelletje (2 pitten). Bij het bakken van een tosti in de pan blijft er al een onwijze lucht in de kamer hangen (waar je ook slaapt). We hebben hierom maar een keer bij de woning gegeten en daarna enkel nog buiten de deur. Keuken heeft ook geen kraan / wasbak. Afwassen in de wasbak van de badkamer.
