This cottage is located in a small-scale vacation park by the water. It is a detached, luxury chalet for two people. This sustainable chalet is newly built and features a covered patio. In front of it is a cozy garden surrounded by a beech hedge. The chalet features an open kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a combination oven. The living room is tastefully furnished with a table, two chairs, and a cozy sitting area. A separate bedroom features a 160 x 210 box spring bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity. Heated by underfloor heating. You can charge your electric bike at the chalet. From your covered terrace, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the polder landscape and the water. Adults only (18 and older), no pets. Breakfast is available at Theetuin De Sfeerstal, located 1,500 meters from us (additional charge). Free parking on the property. Charging station available.
Nature and surroundings
Our small-scale vacation park is located in Nieuwveen (municipality of Nieuwkoop) with views of the polder landscape and the water. From here, you can go biking, hiking, boating (we have electric boats available for rent), fishing, and swimming. There’s plenty to do. Bring your own bikes or rent e-bikes from us at the park. Along the way, you’ll pass farms, Dutch lakes (such as the Nieuwkoopse Plassen), charming villages, and restaurants (on the water). The chalets are located right in the heart of the Green Heart. This convenient location is ideal. Cities such as Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam, and Utrecht are easily accessible. The beach, the sea, and the Bollenstreek are just a 20-minute drive away. Just 2 km away is the picturesque village center of Nieuwveen, with various shops, including a bakery, an artisan butcher, and a supermarket. Want to eat out? That’s possible, too. There’s a restaurant, a snack bar, and a café. This park is situated between two tea gardens. Breakfast is available at Theetuin De Sfeerstal, 1,500 meters from us (additional charge).
