In a place near Ommen (Ov) where it is still really dark and quiet in the Netherlands you will find this converted goat stable. A real nature house in the middle of nature. Simple and nice. The facilities are complete, but here you can go back to basics. Peace, nature and space. A rural view over fields and meadows. Close to forest and river. With bookcase and games. Just completely offline? For the enthusiast there is WiFi, but that plug can also be removed. The cottage has its own entrance, you enter a hallway with the shower and toilet on the right. You walk into the divine double (Serta) bed. To the right you will find the living room with kitchen and dining table. Up the stairs you will find the cozy bedroom overlooking the beautiful natural garden with two single beds that can be coupled. You will be warmly and hospitably received and invited to enjoy this little paradise in Arriën.
Nature and surroundings
The accommodation is located in the heart of the Vecht Valley. Three large and beautiful nature reserves dominate this valley. In the south the wide views from the Lemelerberg, in the north the idyllic Reestdal. In between runs, from east to west, the Overijsselse Vecht with picturesque places like Rheeze and Beerze surrounded by vast nature reserves. One of the most beautiful nature reserves is the Junner Koeland the accommodation is located against it. This area has an exceptional biodiversity with hay meadows, grasslands and river dunes. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Ommen with all its amenities and lovely terraces is within walking/cycling distance. Larger cities such as Zwolle and Hardenberg are perfectly accessible by car and public transport.
