Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy the peace, nature and beautiful Salland countryside. The vacation home is located in a farmhouse that dates from before 1900, surrounded by an enclosed garden with lots of privacy and is warm and tastefully decorated. We have lived here with 4 generations. The cottage was formerly a wagon shed and was converted into a home 40 years ago. There is a lockable storage room.The vacation home is equipped with its own kitchen with a nespresso or filter coffee maker, milk frother and tea, an oven/microwave. In the kitchen there is a soap pump, detergent and herbs are available. There is a double bed in both bedrooms. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided. I look forward to welcoming you.
Nature and surroundings
Nearby you can do wonderful hiking/biking. The area has surprising highlights. The whimsical floodplains of the river IJssel and the Hanseatic history of Deventer to the "mountains" of National Park the Salland Ridge and the asparagus of the Salland countryside. You can do beautiful mountain biking and cycling here. By bike you are in 20 min in downtown Deventer with fun activities or attractions. There are (electric) bikes for rent at IJsselbikes which can be delivered to your cottage.
